Thanks Hombre
Lazur use color to wood. Good all the coatings that we use to, for example wooden fences, roofs, furniture and so on. Mat colors look better than those in pots with bright light base. And the colors are good for cement and paint to spray the acrylic base. I use epoxy (resin), for some pots. There are no rules, all colors are good, the only limit is imagination.

Hello bonsai friends,

Here are two new pots I've made from my experiences with papercrete.

The first is more neutral and fits all most everithing and the second I think it fits good for a cherry tree or similar flowering tree, what do you think?

As always coments and sugestions are very welcome.

very cool stuff! your progress in photos is very inspiring, mario and joao. i'm curious, are the colors necessary? can you just use the pot as it is once it's removed from the mold?

Jesse McMahon,

I wouldn't advise that. Colors and glases ment to harden and waterproof the pieces. Remenber you're using paste of paper and if you let it soak it looses the strenght!
