Nippon Suiseki Meihinten 2018 (58th)- photos by Jeff Amas

Jeff Amas has generously sent 37 photos of the latest Nippon Suiseki Meihinten, which takes place in June at the Meiji Shrine in Tokyo.  This year Jeff shares photos of the indoor exhibit, only.  He notes that stones displayed in the outdoor exhibit were disappointing in comparison-- though beautiful bonsai were displayed there.

Beautiful stones - getting inspired again.

Are the Meihinten stones similar to those collected in South Africa, Lennard? The Japanese stones encourage me to collect, as well... :-)
