Fertilizing and Fertilizers

I have been struggling this topic every since I started growing my first tree 10 yrs ago. What type of fertilizer. Liquid or Solid, Organic or In organic? When to Fertilize and how often to fertilize? Can and should you use them both together? And how you should or could use them together? When to use them after a repot? So I decided to start the discussion this year to hopefully gain the information I need to grow great looking healthy trees. Please help!!!!!!
