What variety of apple tree is this?

It is not so easy to be sure of variety, but I have a crab apple similar size fruit and colour. Which particular crab I don't know,

It is definitely one of the crab apples. Which one? There are thousands of named cultivars, any given year hundreds of different cultivars are available in the trade. There is no way to know, even from excellent photos. But for determining horticultural requirements, Malus - crab apple - is good enough. They make excellent flowering bonsai. Well worth working with.
