a visit to a turkish bonsai garden

in august i made a trip to turkey. ofcause i had to make a trip to mr unal hes staying up on a moutain top in izmir area he runs a small plant school focusing on conifers....he is also collecting trees in the forest.yamadori.and he,s collection of bonsais are just getting bigger..
a gigatic planerus tree is standing in the village..

many nice conifers..pinus picea cedrus juniperus..in all kind of varitys ..

a few trees..pinus mugo,cedrus deodara junipers... mr unal himself!! elefant foot,wild olive..
