anyway fiona I got a shohin hornbeam piece, a loverly hawthorn which will be a splendid raft with a bit of work, and a large chunky maple which he was selling at the coventry traders do in april and I was very pleased to see that he still had it. He sold it me for less that what it was going for then. I reckon I would have paid four times the amount for what I got at a commercial nursery. Anybody wants this chap's contact details p.m. me.

I always insist on pics up front. So, when will we see these birthday buys? I especially want to see the Shohin hornbeam as I just missed out on one the other week.
