Tom, always enjoy your succulent bonsai! This is where I have been putting most of my effort as well. Can you give any size reference for this tree? Good taper, and ramification is progressing nicely. Have not tried the Pierneef style with c. ovata, but did rescue a plant languishing in a bog of soil and am working on a baobab style with one large trunk.

Thank you.....continued good luck with your succulents! The trunk base measures 3.75 inches, nebari measures 7 inches and tree height from the soil line is 25 inches. Hope this helps.
