I have no idea what to do with this jade!
I am open for suggestions (it's about 3 years old)

hey T - thats a portulacaria afra, sometimes referred to as a dwarf jade, but it is not a true jade...
i call it spekboom which is its native afrikaans name

anyways, you gots yourself a pot fulla legs there !

whack some off and stick the cuttings in dirt... they will grow.
(ever seen the old star trek episode "trouble with tribbles" ? - same thing with spekboom)

feel free to remove everything except the one you want to build off of...
if you cut back to a pair of leaves, it will sprout in the opposite direction of the remaining leaf pair.

they respond quickly to pruning and wiring so don't be shy with it...
