MidAtlantic Bonsai Societies Spring Festival April 2016

Thought the group might enjoy some highlights from the MidAtlantic Bonsai Societies Spring Festival, held in Cromwell Connecticut (USA) April15-17, 2016. This annual event moves around the East Coast, but will be held in Cromwell again in 2017. Come join us! Workshops are a highlight, and the material can be previewed online.

With five U-Haul trips (one just for the trees and benches!), a lot of helpful friends, and more late-night car trips with stuff tied on the roof than I care to remember

Our trees are much relieved by the move, actually: no more -20F winters. Didn't lose a single tree over our first winter "down" here, and lost a few every single season in NH, despite a heavy emphasis on natives.
