Englemann On it's Way

I was pretty impressed at the yamadori collection Hidden Gardens has, here is a Englemann Spruce I just bought.



I know, the picture is not all that great (looks like a ball of green with some dead twigs). Anyway, here is the first styling. Luckily, I was able to keep 80% of the foliage.



The picture doesn't do it justice, there is some really cool feather shari in addition.

good start on what looks like good material... not a helluva lotta taper in the trunk, but enough...

can i ask what a hunk of material like that cost from HG ?
(i understand if you do not wish to say...)

Please PM me, I don't think it's decent to share the cost of trees coming from a respected nursery in public. All I can say was that most of the yamadori prices had recently been reduced, and I found prices on this (and some other trees) very reasonable.
