My new suisekis
Dear all IBC 's members my friends
Long time no see, it is very difficult to find good suisekis, now I can show some my normal suisekis for your enjoying. Thanks you so much for your attention.

Do you remember the stone which I collected in ThanhMy in a collection suiseki trip with you?
This stone have not Dai. Plsease tell me what kind of Dai suitable for the stone.

I particularly like the stone in picture 7. The daiza was nicely done. thanks for sharing...
with the low snow accumulations this year, our suiseki group is getting out this saturday for the first trip, a more than a month in advance from the past. Usually the end of june is traditional.
Unfortunately I won't be able to go....I volunteered way in advance for a docen position during mother's day weekend at the pacific bonsai museum. It features the story of how training wire is used to design trees. A featured artist will have on display and doing demos of bonsai trees designed esclusively from wire alone. His name is Ken To from California.

My wife has a number of Kens Wire sculptured trees she says they are adorable.

glad others are aware of ken's skill. He was kind enough to allow me to create the display to show off his work. The museum had ken do 5 of their trees in an effort to have the visitors try and identify which ones were replicas of actual trees in the collection on display. Ken confided that that was harder then just creating one out of his imagination.
