Here is a Schefflera that I got back in 2006. It has taken allot of wire and time but it is starting to show some promise. Progressions:

Some have started on their own if you look close, now just need to keep them going.

I see the aerials now. How are you keeping the humidity high enough to keep them going?

Jerry,
They formed naturally under a thick canopy over the summer. Now I have just been misting them; however some have started to dry up. Been meaning to get the live ones into straws but difficult to find the time with a two week old baby! May just mound some spaghnum moss.
