I'm afraid I (we?) have overdosed on Tilia pictures, but I think:
1. That second tallest trunk has to go, and
2. It needs to be planted deeper in the pot, and
3. You need to let it grow a bit before we see another picture (or two). Maybe sometime early next summer.
