I think all the stands are wonderful! My favorites are the ones posted by Fiona, but that is only personal taste.
Rob, you are multi talented!!!
Will, I also like the more simple look of your stand, as opposed to the more traditional asian.
Please tell me the type of tree in your last post. I find it very interesting. Thanks,

Thanks Carolee. The tree is Prunus Spinosa [Blackthorn or Sloe] They are very common in the UK but particularly good specimens, with this type of bark quality and movement are found in Wales. The fruit is extremely sour but pricked and mixed with an equal ammount of sugar and then added to Jin, makes for a very warming tipple for those cold, winter collecting trips!!
