Quercus faginea Empty Quercus faginea

Hello everybody.

Yesterday I came across this wonderfull faginea that was growing in the top of a cliff. I'm planning to let it rest for the next 2 years. It have about 15 cm -20 cm of diameter and 80 cm of height.

I was thinking in doing exactly the same cuts you suggest but, my question is, should I do it now or should I wait at least one year?

Hi,
u dont have to wait. because u have enough leaves on the rest of the branches (i have 3 of this species from last year in approximately the same size).

here it is:
3 lava rock
2 perlite
1-2 peat
