Heat mats Empty Heat mats

Just wondering how long i should keep my heat mat on per day or if i should just keep it going 24/7. At the moment i'm using it for ficus benjamina and crassula argentea cuttings.

I leave mine on 24/7. Using on BRT, willow leaf ficus and EU Olive. All are growing vigorously with a southern window and a fluorescent above. I am using inexpensive hydrofarm seedling heat mats.
