Styling help on a Juniper

I need some help on where to take this juniper. I was thinking to have the inside curve to have no pads and just have one or two pads on the top of the curved trunk. I want to jin several branches and was thinking the large branch on the bottom would be one.

Your thoughts are apreciated.

I started a virt, but the background is too messed up. If you can get somethig like that first picture against a plain background . . . .
