Duranta
Correct name is Duranta erecta. That is a species, not a cultivar, although there are named cultivars in the trade. Go here for a picture: http://plants.usda.gov/
Do a search on Duranta erecta or Duranta repens. I couldn't make a direct search on the page work.
It has pretty blue & white flowers, although one of the common names is golden dewdrops, so it must come in yellow also. Belongs to the verbena family. A native plant.

Re: Duranta Repens
Golden Dew Drop comes from the drooping seed clusters that develop after the tree has flowered. There are several species of duranta, being repens, excelsa and erecta some of them.

Duranta
According to USDA, repens is a synonym of erecta. According to International Plant Names Index (top taxonomic authority), the correct name may be plumieri. It is known in the trade as erecta. Bonsaiweb has a picture of it as a bonsai. Because of the berries, it is sometimes called pigeonberry. It is also called skyflower.
