This is also a nice image, but more details on the rocks specially at the base of the mound/cliff would help a lot in creating a more realistic scenery. try to combine different sizes of rocks. If you could find shallower pot for the two composition that would help too. You can have them made at UP (mang Mel).

IMHO- using single color pebbles (fine grains) is much better for water representation.









Come April, there will be a show and penjing I think will be the main focus. You can send an entry,,,just for fun. I can help a little in improving the first one if you want. Robert Steven is coming to that show, and will discuss penjing (surely).
