I bought one of these at trader joes. Looked stuff up about them, but sadly there isn't much detail the care of this species. Should I care for it As a false cypress? Also the soil was very dry, and it is root bound. The tag on it said to keep indoors... Is this really an indoor bonsai?

If you meant Port Orford Cedar that is Chamaecyparis lawsoniana. It would NOT be an indoor plant. Water it if it is dry and don't do much else till spring.

I find nothing on "Port Orders Cedar."

Sorry, my Iphone has the worst autocorrect. Yes port orford cedar. So is it a cedar? Or a false cyp?
