November, right?

My shohin Prunus mume (Japanese Flowering Apricot) has a bloom on it! Usually blooms in Jan-Feb.

My quinces are still in full leaf, albeit they're just 4-5 yr old cuttings.

My myrtus communis is also in full leaf and flowers, and I was thinking about if there is something wrong with my treatments or applications.
I see that I am not alone.
P.S.: But it does not fructify, actually it started to drop all flowers one by one

My Ginkgo has green leaves still...

Even over here in the (normally frozen) wastelands of Scotland, my Ginkgo has only just turned autumnal in the last few days. Still holding on to a bit of green though.

My collected Forsythia has blooms and there is leaf-movement on my Styrax and Stewartia... The Juncos arrived right after Hurricane Sandy, and I found an active salamander while raking leaves this weekend. It wouldn;t surprise me if my quince started to bloom...

My lilac is braking buds here in SW Lower Michigan. It has a couple dozen leaves which are over half an inch in diameter.

Here everything is truely asleep now, with temperatures well below (-5 .. -10 C ) freezing and a sprinkling (about and inch) of snow yesterday. Winter.. Here we go!

The native Sand Pines in my landscape are blooming.

I too am glad I'm not alone. My planted elms still are in full green leaf, simply amazing.

This is just a foreshadowing of the Mayan Calendar of events. Who thought the first step was bonsai not going into dormancy. Maybe we are doomed

We are getting our first freeze tonight. Hopefully. I need some trees to go to bed.
