Tabebuia heterophylla(Roble)
Here present the work made to my future shohin of Roble. Work on dead wood and wire some branches making future canopy. This tree was purchased in vendor area of the World Convention. Enjoy

Jose - I brought one home with me too. A small one for shohin. It has a way to go. Now in a pot by Dale Cochoy.
Mine went in the carry on luggage so it had to be a wee one.
Potted up with no work
After some minor carving and a bit of wire - time to grow.

Rob: Beautiful little tree.Carving just eniugh to not look "man-made". It enhances the look of age on trunk and little deadwood does not upstage natural aging of bark.
