Dear Memet,
I am sorry to hear about your friend. It is always difficult to lose people with whom you are close. I am sure that this tree will be a very special tree for you, and will bring back special memories.
Warm Regards,
Andrew

Thank you Andrew.
He was an agricultural engineer who had deep knowledge about trees, as well as a good and close friend of mine.
He had over 150 prebonsais under training, and he bequeathed his trees to me and other friends in our local club.
And now we cherish the memory of him, and trying to carry on his spirit in these trees.
Regards,
Memet

Re: wild olea yamadori
Hi Memet,
I have 3 trees inherited from him also.
It is really sad to lose him at this stage as he was not so elder.
He was so kind and generous; he had been always trying to give all information that he can about any issue whenever I call him to consult about a tree or a problem of my tree.
I will try to keep his soul alive in these trees that I have!

Such a shame to lose friends
Nice tree by the way.
Is it difficult to obtain a permit to collect trees from the wild in your country?

Very difficult.
Some time they give permit for two weeks. Not for every tree. You can collect, limited number of trees.
Normally they says, "you can not do that, forbiden"
