It was a compliment as my wife says i look like a meercat ,hence the avatar. On the Africa plains there is a saying 'as handsome as a meercat'

8 weeks in all,it is truly awfull,no car driving 2-3wks,no sh!££ing for a few weeks without bad pain,went back in after 4 and had to have another 4 off due to complications.
Factor in i was extremely fit before,it then took me 18 months to feel normal again,as in ok to lift anything over 30 kilos.Now 2yrs3mths later i'm back and feel super fit again

Anyway, enough of the old war wounds,i have a few ideas on styles but would be pleased to see other peoples ideas.
