fukian tea cuttings Empty fukian tea cuttings

I have several fukian tea cuttings in sphagnum moss and was wanting to know if it would help rooting to put the small pot in a plastic bag to creat humidity to help them along, or just leave them in shady place and keep them damp? If a bag is ok, should I seal the bag to let a little air in?

Yes the putting the pot with the cuttings into a clear plastic bag, and then sealing it will help keep the humidity up until the cuttings have rooted.
