What about where the apex ties into the trunk just above the main branch? Is that a cut in as well?

I just overheard some chatter in the elevator that because of Dave's gold medal evidence, Invinh's lawers want to settle out of court. Something was mentioned by one attorney that "if the leaves don't fit then we can not acquit".
