Last spring I made a yamadori of a prunus persica. I searched the forum's database for any project of this tree but found none. Is there anyone with experience with this species?

Here are some photos:

I'm thinking in removing all its branches and keep only the trunk. However I don't know if the tree is ready to start its work. Do you think it's safe to cut the branches now or should I wait another year?

Thanx

3 years after collecting, this prunus persica is receiving a new home and a new haircut.

In my experience, this species reacts bad to wire stylling, so I will try to style it with prune techniques, as much as the tree supports it.

Anyone with experience in this tree?

I will like to have some tips about it....
