Nope, but if you know someone with a good library of old Bonsai Today magazines, you should find help there.

François Jeker has written a nice book about deadwood on bonsai. Title is: "Les bois morts de nos bonsaï , Technique de création et d'entretien". I heard he planned to release it in english language too, but I am not sure when...
