peter adams 1st editions

hi, I've just been browsing Peter adams' web site and he mentions that Bonsai design book 1 - scots pine, common juniper, japanese larch and the Bonsai design - Japanese Maples are both collectors items and can fetch good prices.

Has anyone been lucky enough to sell copies for reasonable amounts as I have both books sat on the coffee table right now ! and i'd rather convert them into a nice tree .doing a book search gets odd results with the maple book - with a few copies showing for $6-$10, then jumping to $180+, i cant get any results for the pine & juniper book

Hi Marcus, I was able to buy my copy of Adams' Bonsai Design: Japanese Larch, Scots Pine and Common Juniper online from a UK bookstore for a very reasonable 42 pounds including shipping to Australia. I had seen the same title several years earlier for US$450.
