Sage for bonsai (salvia officinalis)?? Empty Sage for bonsai (salvia officinalis)??

Hi there,

Does anyone have any experience with Sage (salvia officinalis)??
One of my bonsai buddies has dug one up with very interesting twisted trunk.
Sage is native to Cyprus and we thought to give it a go.

Any information is appreciated.

Can you take a picture and post it..

I would LOVE to see a woody trunked sage done as Bonsai, I'm into unusual species so I say go for it. Very Happy
