Hi every one,
Do i need to change to a good pot? this one is a cement one.. it has 5 years on that pot...but the tree itself has almost 15.. is it good? or do i need to improve some part of it?
And.. what pot do you suggest? Rectangle ones? i think so... give it a try!
Hope you like it!

The tree is pretty interesting. The branches and leaves need refining, but it has a lot of potential.

I think a very shallow oval is what would look best for this tree. Because they root back so easily you can cut most of the roots away and leave a very flat base that would fit in a shallow pot.

If it were my tree I would cut the branches very hard - to about 2 to 3 inch stumps to grow taper and to bring the tree in. The crown appears too wide for this size trunk.

ok Rob, but... do you think i can create a better root system by leaving the crown like this? i mean: is it possible to keep the crown like this(defoliate) and wait to the roots grows big? or i must cutt it off?
