Bonsai Bench
Just built a large bench today with the help of a friend.... Love it!
I designed it. We still have to seal it... but couldn't resist putting trees on it today... it's doug fir and cedar. It's 8x3x3 foot-ish.

That's a very nice bench. It is amazing how fast they fill up.
I noticed that the legs were touching the earth. You may want to consider setting the legs on flat rocks or pavers (or bricks) to keep it off of the moist ground. Rot can set in quickly. I enjoyed looking at your fine collection of trees. "Reminds me of my benches...
Salut, Todd

In fact it's a very large kotohime... I gave it to my husband as his first bonsai.
I believe in jumping into the deep end of the pool... I was not about to let him start off small. lol If a man can take care of a 10 dollar home depot tree, he can take care of a fine old one just as well... especially with his wife around. lol
Thanks for the comments... I still go outside and just sit in front of it and enjoy....
Kindest regards,
Victrinia

Yah... I've got 4x8x1 inch pavers which are going to go under the feet.
