blue atlas cedar

when i bought this tree 1 year ago, it was a 6' tall landscaping tree in a 10 gallon bucket. i sawed it down to about 17" and planted it in a training pot. last week i pruned and wired it. the trunk is about 4" diameter and it stands about 21" soil to apex. this fall i will plant it in a nice container. i paid $25 for this tree at home depot

Great progress so far. Take it carefully with any Cedar, especially repotting/root pruning. They are touchy and appreciate a softly softly approach with slow root reduction.

Nice job..... I hope my Atlas comes out the same.
