Re: Help in identifying Bonsai please
The first one looks like a willow leaf fig (Ficus nerifolia). The second may be a variagated Serissa (Serrisa foetida), though it has been so long since I've even looked at a Serissa . . .

That first one is no Ficus. Almost looks like an Olive...

Re: Help in identifying Bonsai please
The poster is in Australia so perhaps someone from there could help out as there are a number of trees with that type of foliage that I can see.
Glen, would you mind updating your location as some people might not associate Qld with Queensland and/or Australia. Queesnland would do nicely. Many thanks.

Re: Help in identifying Bonsai please
my first thought was willow leaf ficus too for the same reason as jim,
but that trunk looks very rough and furrow-ey (word ?) for a willow leaf...
almost like a kingsville box wood texture...
perhaps it is simply some type of willow ???

Re: Help in identifying Bonsai please
The first is clerodendron inerme, and the second is a serissa, snowleaves I believe.
The clerodendron could well need repotting twice a year, they tend to have rampant root systems.

It's very close, but it's not a Ficus. The bark is far too rough and flaky.
