my bougainvillea bonsais...please give your comments

I like the proportions of the first one best as I prefer the thicker trunk. I'm not sure I like the long straight upper trunk on the second one even with the split.

The colours are stunning on all of them though.

the first and the third ones are my favourites...

This is what I would do with this one. Chop, slant a little, grow and wire.... then you have a bonsai. You may have a special suprise!

I prefered the first one. Didnt like number 2 that much, the split seemed too artificial to me.

I like the first one. The roots and base are the nicest of the three trees, and very old looking; the rest is just selecting and growing and finding a nice pot! Regards, Todd.

thanks for the idea of ramification..i have also thought about the secound..but the tree is very frazile..about bonsai pots..we do not get beautiful bonsai pots here...

Jab main Delhi maen tha to Dahi jamane ke koondae use karta tha. Maybe you could try one of those.

but im concerned about the kind of soil they have.... its different ... too compact I think.

Thanks for posting pics of very very nice trees. The first and second ones are my favs. The first one because of its nice overall shape and the trunk girth and the second one because of the hollow in the upper part of the trunk. Keep up the great work.....
