Question on the value of a bonsai book

Just curious. Does anyone care to take an educated stab at the value of a bonsai book for me?

First edition, hard copy cloth bound Navy color... excellent condition
Bonsai Techniques I, signed by John Naka.

I know John signed many many books. This is a nice first edition though.

$35-75. I say this because I was at a book store here in Philadelphia where they were selling this same book in good condition for $35. Online searching shows it for $75 in excellent condition.

I'm almost certain the one in the store was cloth bound and navy. In regard to first addition.... I do not know. I am a expert on one or two things...Books are not one of them so please don't take what I'm saying as professional advisement. Good luck with your mission.
