Ficus rubiginosa defoliation progress

This is the tree about three months out since complete defoliation was performed in mid-August of 2016.  It has responded well since then and continues good growth under T5 fluorescent lighting for the coming winter months.  Foliage size reduction has not been remarkable but is definitely noticeable and present to a certain degree.

more so than the leaf reduction though is the marked increase of density !!!

well worth the effort !
