Do not refer me to the tutorial.Frankly I am sick of looking at it. I have a laptop with a current version of firefox.I was using an older version,until I updated it today to try to see if I could post photos here. As a result I lost Noscript and a few other things. What is it with you and firefox?Sorry for the sharp tone,but ,really couldn't you have instituted an easier way of uploading photos?

Hmm. . . . dunno why you are pissed at ME or any of the other mods.

1. Firefox, per se, has NOTHING to do with uploading pics to the IBC, any more than Internet Explorer or Chrome do. They're just Internet Browser software.
2. The Firefox update should have carried NoScript with it, so you should have it as before. But again, I don't see its relevance to uploading photos.
3. The photo upload regime is created and required by the software that hosts the IBC. It will be virtually the same no matter which Browser you use.
4. I do suggest that you print out the tutorial and then, with the printout beside you, follow it carefully. We have several thousand members who manage to post pictures here.

Sorry you are having these problems. Maybe if you give us a detailed discussion of what you see when the upload fails, one of us can help.

My post was not typical of me. Describing a tree in detail for identification at least 5 times and not figuring out how to post photos was frustrating. Not your problem. Either I will figure it out or I wont.

no problem at all. for sure any other program for uploads will work, too.

did it because i couln'dt manage it with the tools provides here. but - hej - what's the problem?
i consider myself a total idiot in all things related to technics. and if i am able to solve a problem like a grown up absolutely everyone else can do it, too.
