Spider mite? Empty Spider mite?

Hi IBC,


I would like to ask if anyone of you here is familiar with the pest attacking the underneath leaves of my pemphis that somewhat causes the yellowing of its leaves? any remedy for this kind of pest? Thanks!

Pic is out of focus so hard to tell, could be whitefly or wooly aphid.
