I wish someone would produce a bonsai calendar with the names & descriptions of the trees in English, as well as the botanical names.
Budi, there are two errors. There is no Ficus retusa in cultivation. The name is Ficus microcarpa. Green Island is Ficus microcarpa 'Green Island.'
Dwarf black olive is Bucida molineti.

Thanks for the comment. I know that Ficus retusa is no more in USDA, anyhow Ficus retusa is still used in botanical term in my country to call for local microcarpa and South East Asian microcarpa. Where as Ficus microcarpa is usually used to call for ficus from Taiwan with smaller leaves. Maybe we can call Microcarpa var thailand for the one I showed and microcarpa var green island for the other one.
Thanks for the info of molineti. The spinosa is the name I got when I took it from Puertorico.

All the words are the words from the bible. It is on line with the purpose of doing bonsai: getting piece of mind. Unfortunately it is in Indonesian language.
