Shade devices - homemade

I get a lot of sun, especially in the afternoon. I have shade cloth, but was wondering if anybody has any ideas on home made devices to use it. Right now all I can think of is using stakes and sticks with clips to hold the cloth and shade my trees. Any ideas or examples would be appreciated.

I cannot currently build anything big like a gazebo.

I've figured it out and will follow up with pics.

If anybody has some examples of their setup though please share!

Huh? Why would you want shade cloth for bonsai in Quebec? Which species are you thinking of?

My amur maples mostly.

I have only direct sunlight, no shade, from 7-8 am to around 5-6 pm...

And the temperature here will reach 95 degrees in June/July

It's already been 75-78 this week...
