Shouldn't Google be able to cope with Spanish? It seems to say he's been working on this for 3 years.

But my Spanish is ancient history.

It's giving gobbledegook for part of the sentence. Usual issue with not picking up the correct context.

Back into Spanish is:

Este es el trabajo de tres años. Falta de este año, que voy a publicar pronto.

Which may or may not be the real intent of the author. In any case, i look forward to seeing the progress.
