Thread dates...
From another thread, Fiona's comment
Call me stoopid but It would help greatly if the year was included in the dateline rather than having to guess as to how old a thread may be.
Note to self (and any others who care to read it): always check the dates on posts before commenting.

Re: Thread dates...
Not sure what you're meaning here, Matt. The dateline on my system clearly shows the day, month, time and year. The only exception is the 48-hour period running up to the current time where it will say either Yesterday at... or Today at..... (e.g. my post currently says "today at..." but in two days time it will say Friday May 31st at...)
Is this not the same on your system?

Re: Thread dates...
I copied this from the top of a thread to show what I see
It is only here on IBC that I have this issue, every other forum I belong to shows a full date time etc... Is their a date setting option within the forum or some other reason? It is a real pain when trying to follow older threads & work out when they started etc etc
CraftyTanuki,
I am using Mozilla but not sure why that would be an issue.
Some pots for the new gallery

Re: Thread dates...
I asked the question then thought I would go have a look... sure enough in the profile section the last option is to set the date format... HOORRAAAHHHH....

Re: Thread dates...
That was going to be my next suggestion. That is the default date setting so at some point you must have accidentally set it to something else.
Glad you got it sorted.
