British Shohin Association – new website
www.shohin.org.uk
Something new - the British Shohin Association is proud to launch their new website! The idea behind the BSA is an appreciation society, to promote the cultivation, aesthetics and display of the smaller sizes of bonsai, and to let people know just how wonderful and enjoyable this side of bonsai actually is.
The association holds an annual show/exhibition and regularly exhibits at most major events in the UK - galleries of previous exhibitions are available on the new website, plus shohin galleries from Mark & Ritta Cooper plus lots of images from John Armitage's travels to Japan to work at Taisho-en.
The new BSA website is just the start - more content and galleries will be added over the coming months. The site also includes the ability to join the BSA or renew membership online. We hope you enjoy the new site and please sign-up for blog updates from the BSA team
Many thanks,
Duncan

Ian - thanks for your kind words mate - your membership order was received with many thanks and is being processed
Paul - thanks for the comments - unfortunately the yew I worked on at the shohin off event didn't make it - it was one of many trees I lost due to the bad winter last year. I certainly won't be making the same mistake with my winter protection again this year - I'm getting well prepared this time around
Thanks Morten - I'm a big fan of your site and fantastic photo galleries you have
The real credit for the BSA site must go to people like John Armitage who tirelessly works for the BSA, Peter & Jean Snart, Mark & Ritta Cooper, Bob Bailey and all the other guys who display their superb trees and support the club
Thanks again guys
Cheers,
Duncan
