I found several of these on one of my oaks.....No idea what they were.

Great shots again Ed. I,m p****d off at the moment as I've ordered a Canon eos 550d. Supposed to be delivered in 2-5 working days but its getting on for 2 weeks now

That dragonfly has eyes on the back of his head! Looks like he's looking right at us. Beautiful pictures.

No I bloody haven't. Phoned the company today, they gave me a laim excuse about their logistics department being overworked. After parting with the best part of £1000, all they can offer me is an lcd screen protector worth £9.95. I'm not a happy bunny!

Nice selection of visitors to your garden, all I seem to get are slugs, snails and greenfly !

Ed - What kind of tree is it in your last selection of photo's - the one with the 2 dragon flys? on - looks like an interesting tree.
Also, love the photos of Kippie, brings back fond memories of a cockatiel I had years ago. He was called Floyd (after Pink Floyd) and was really tame. He used to fall asleep on my shoulder after nibbling the stubble under my chin. He lived with our 2 cats and would happily sit on the cats back and get taken for a tour of the house.

Keep the photos coming - I'm loving the Dutch version of Springwatch

Ed, excellent photos I particularly like the dragonflys, I know how wary they can be.
In my garden I am lucky if I get two different types in a summer. Do you have a pond?
