New Wire Cutting Tool

As my unholy designs have become more grandiose I have found myself needing thicker gauges of copper wire to wreak my havoc. As you all know this wire must come off at some point and my old wire cutters were just not "cutting it". Went to Lowes (basic home repair n hardware store) and found this sweet unit:



They are called Mini Bolt Cutters and are quite compact but can sever old hard copper wire of the thickest diameter easily using one hand. They cost a bit (about $35) and aren't as cool as a real bonsai tool I guess but damn they work well!

Who cares if it is a bonsai tool! As yoy explained as long as it gets the job done, that's all that matters. Thanks for sharing.

Woohoo! Time to take a little trip to Lowe's. I too have trouble getting through my heavier gages of wire. This looks like just the thing I need.
