My juniper ch. gets small brown tips, no mites or so, can anyone tell me why.

Re: juniper chinensis
if you are using any metal shears (scissors) then yeah, I myself havent found any that I can use to keep from burning the tips, left to pinching. Someone else may know something to use. The brown tips do twist off rather easy with your fingers though.

Most commonly brown tips are from cutting with scissors, but can we see a picture?

Hi,
If not browning tips from cutting, it might be fruiting bodies.
