I am not so sure whether I can call it as display personally looks rather one piece of bonsai photograph.
Anyway, our web exhibit has just started and I thank you for my furry little specimen's cooperation and his patience.
No need to say there is no virtual on my photo.

This year's my "display" Coac10
The title is "Cat's paw table."
tree type  Ainashi (Pyrus X uywmatsuana Makino)
Hight   5cm
pot  unknown(Japanese)

Additional information:
There is a Japanese proverb "Neko no te mo karitai"means "Very busy and shorthanded (therefore you want to get help, even from cats).
Here in Japan we often compare cats to useless or bad meaning. I chose this for a joke.

As you know, there are welcoming cats for homes and business. Why not for bonsai display. when my daughter was young she had a hello kitty shirt she just loved. i have a gigantic maine coon cat, but he is gracious and leaves my tokonoma displays alone. I'm jealous that you were able to get yours to be a stable table Smile

We have a few great cats too! Two of them are quite talented at catching chipmunks. Our largest cat is part Main Coon and very friendly although he does not look like that in this old photo.
