Surprise from my kiln - Page 11 Empty Re: Surprise from my kiln

Post  peter krebs Fri Sep 24, 2010 8:17 am

Hello pot lover
I do not claim to be an artist. This enables me to stay relaxed and make simple, plain pots. The focus in my pottery lies on technical perfection and the expressiveness of my pots should reflect timeless elegance and simplicity.
Only in the pots lies this power and fascination, I as the potter have really no importance.
No matter from which potter you buy a bonsai pot, the customer's vision must reflect in the pot, this is important.

Here are some new pots again from my kiln:

Black clay size:diameter: 36 cm x 23 cm height

Surprise from my kiln - Page 11 054g5410

Peter

Surprise from my kiln - Page 11 Empty Re: Surprise from my kiln

Post  peter krebs Sat Oct 09, 2010 6:12 am

The leaves are falling and they are blown into my window, reflecting the blaze of colour which announces the approaching autumn.
This is a lovely time for pottery. It is a time to breathe out and regain energy for creating new pots.
And if you are attentive, maybe you are visited and kissed by the muse so that you succeed in your work.

Here is something small and cute for the autumn days:

Bat pot - diameter: 13,5 cm x 6 cm height

Brant pot - diameter: 10,5 cm x 5,5 cm
