nice trunk line. How well does the foliage reduce for you? I've seen them in New England. But, here, the foliage stays lengthy.

Foliage question
The foliage doesn't reduce as such but it can be managed. This is one that I've been working on for a couple of years. Much more work required including a more suitable pot this Spring.

I find that thinning twice a summer helps a lot.

I let it grow freely for a while, then i bring it back. I don't think it will ever get super tight, but I don't mind lengthy as long as it is open and airy.
